Consultation
The initial consultation stage allows us to better understand your vision and make sure we can translate that vision into a beautifully executed end result. We listen to find out the specific goals and design that is in line with your overall vision for the project. If applicable, we will draw up a rendering of the project to assist in conceptually visualizing the finished space and confirm that the full scope of work is included. We will also discuss payment schedule and financing options.
Design

Initial Consultation
I. Project Inspection: Our experts will assess the overall layout of the relevant space to discover the location of all the important systems,
namely the electrical, plumbing, HVAC, overall frame and structure.
II. Development Requirements: If the house is located in a development, we will inquire what HOA approvals will be required to proceed with the project.
III. Design planning: Uncover the specific needs to complete the specific project. Share design ideas and request pictures pertaining to the
project e.g. cabinets, flooring, color palette, backsplash, moldings etc.
IV. Evaluation planning: Identifying schedule and acceptable preferences on entering the home and setting the overall project expectations.
Discuss the targeted timeframe for the project.
V. Budgeted Investment Amount: Uncover the budgeted investment amount for the project. Discuss financing options.
Completion
Now that the project is completed, we accept the final payment and review the final project. We do a final walk through to confirm satisfaction. We will then e-mail over a satisfaction review for feedback to help us continually grow. Your warranty is good for 1 year from the date of completion.
