Meet Melissa
Owner
Melissa Hahn, Co-Owner of Blue Square Renovations, has over 10 years of experience in the real estate renovation industry. She holds a Bachelors in Business Administration Business Management from Kent State University and she has extensive experience in real estate development/investment and professional services. She oversees all operations of the company to ensure the highest level of customer service is achieved. She also maintains the belief of striving to exceed our client’s expectations, while remaining cost effective and on schedule to complete projects.
Melissa has assembled a team of highly skilled and seasoned professionals who embrace the culture of uncompromised customer service and exceptional quality work with the focus of continued community outreach and involvement. The goal is that every client regardless of stature or size of the project be satisfied every time, no exceptions, no excuses.
When not working, you are likely to find Melissa spending time with her husband and two younger children outside being active. Family is of the utmost importance to her and is her motivation for success.

Fabian Candelario - President/Co-Owner
Fabian Candelario, President and Co-Owner of Blue Square Renovations has over 13 years of Residential and Commercial Real Estate and Renovation experience. He specializes in business development and strengthening relationships to create the best team of experienced and talented professionals. He understands how to manage and maximize all aspects of the supply chain to allow for the best customer service experience every time. He has created a sales process that allows all prospective customers to experience a service that creates value, is transparent, and allows for a personalized consultative approach.
Fabian does not compromise on customer satisfaction and is focused on uncompromised quality and efficiency.
He is a family man and enjoys spending time with his wife, and two younger children.

Dave Gilmore - Operations Director
Dave Gilmore is a Husband, Father, Man of Faith, Member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated, Business Owner, and a Consummate Business Professional. With over 20+ years of combined experience in entrepreneurship, business ownership, development, marketing, management development, HR, budget approval, training, and customer service, Dave Gilmore is an esteemed business man and friend you’d like to have on your side. Not only is he highly qualified to help mentor your start-up or pre-existing business to build new capital you’ve always dreamt of, he’s confident enough in his ability to steer you in the best direction. Mr. Gilmore is confident in his belief, that in no time, you will be making the right decisions at the right time. Throughout his career, Mr. Gilmore has started, managed, and directed several businesses from non-profit, to consulting, to security, to child-care, to tech, to new restaurant and nightclub openings, to e-commerce brands, to name a few. In recent years, Mr. Gilmore has provided regular advice to businesses, families, and friends who knew of his long-term success in various business ventures. His decision to work with interested bodies to making smart business decisions continues as his own development continues.
Ashley Rosario - Project Manager
Ashley Rosario brings over 7 years of administrative experience in office management and payroll. She assists with invoicing and the daily office operations. She uses her exceptional organizational skills to ensure everything is running efficiently in the busy work environment. She is a skilled project manager that facilitates the entire process to focus on the overall customer experience.
Ashley attended Kent State University and currently resides in North Ridgeville with her family.
Joshua Rosario - Design Manager

Josh studied Graphic Design and specializes in depicting the customers overall vision. He also has over 13 years of business development management and sales experience in the retail and customer service industry. In his experience he has worked with many clients to help them design every room in their home.
